2. Ta en god neve ris (ca. 30-60g) og legg denne i plastfolien.
3. Lukk igjen og form som en ball.
4. Klipp av "halsen" på tre ballonger.
5. Tre en ballong utenpå risen og plastfolien for å låse inne risen.
6. Tre de to andre ballongene utenpå dette igjen.
7. Tre neste ballong på i motsatt retning av den forrige slik at du "forsegler" ballen.
Lag så mange sjongleringsballer du trenger.
